Send your design idea or product link, preferred shape and length, and sizing details. Have reference photos? Email them with your request.

02 / REVIEW

Review the Details

We usually respond within 1–2 business days. Our team will review availability and confirm the design, price and estimated timing with you.

03 / CONFIRM

Confirm Your Order

Once the details are agreed, you can decide whether to place your order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.

Custom and special orders may require 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the design, materials and artisan availability. Your timeline will be confirmed individually.

Can I send reference photos?

Yes. Email your request and images directly to customer.services@artnailery.com. Our contact form does not accept attachments. If you have already sent a form enquiry, use the same email address so we can match your photos to your request.

Can you make any size or design?

Tell us what you need and our team will check what is possible. Availability depends on the style, materials and production requirements. We will confirm the options before you decide to order.

How are price and timing confirmed?

We review your request and confirm pricing and estimated timing with you. Please mention any preferred date in your enquiry; a requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.

Does sending a request place an order?

No. An enquiry starts the conversation. You can review the confirmed details before deciding whether to place an order.
