Special Order — XS / XL & Unique Shape Requests

Our Special Order service is designed for customers who need a size or shape not currently in stock — such as XS or XL. Because every set is handcrafted in limited batches, we can’t always guarantee availability, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.

  • ✨ If available: We’ll confirm your request and process it within 48 hours.
  • ✨ If out of stock: We’ll send you similar styles in stock for your review and selection.
  • ✨ Join our Priority List: You’ll receive early access and pre-order options when matching designs arrive.

Production time: Special Orders may require an extra 2 – 4 weeks depending on artisans’ schedule and materials availability.

Whether it’s for a special occasion, a signature colour story, or a design you’ve envisioned, our artisan team can craft a bespoke set that feels distinctly yours.

  1. Share Your Vision — Describe your idea (style references, colour palette, finish, occasion) and attach any photos or sketches.
  2. Quote & Confirmation — We evaluate complexity, materials, and artisan time, then send a quote with estimated timeline.
  3. Craft & Delivery — Once confirmed, your design is handcrafted in about 2–4 weeks and shipped with tracking.
  • ✨ Materials & Finishes: Premium gel; Glossy / Pearl / Matte / Glitter; 3D florals & accents available.
  • ✨ Fit Tips: Light buffing improves adherence; for different nail curves, use adhesive tabs or glue.
