2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site.

3. Products, Colours & Sizing

Product images are for reference only; minor colour/finish variations may occur due to lighting and screen calibration. Please refer to our size guide before purchase.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in AUD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., Shop Pay, major cards). Orders may be cancelled or placed on hold if payment cannot be verified.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud); any captured payment will be refunded.

6. Custom / XS–XL Special Orders

Custom/XS–XL special orders are produced to your measurements and are final sale (non-returnable, non-refundable) except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Estimated production/processing time is up to 4 weeks. Please provide accurate measurements; we are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

7. Shipping, Risk & Delays

Estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address provided. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs, extreme weather). For international orders, typical processing and transit time may take up to 4 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Change-of-mind: Return within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition (custom/XS–XL special orders excluded). Return shipping is at your cost unless otherwise required by law.
Faulty/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will repair, replace, or refund as required by the ACL.

9. Promotions, Bundles & Complimentary Gifts

Promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated. Complimentary gifts are subject to availability and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

10. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you may have under the ACL. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund; for minor failures, we may repair or replace within a reasonable time.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except as required by the ACL.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with security, or use products for unlawful, unsafe, or reselling purposes without consent.

15. Disputes

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
