Colour & Display Note

Slight differences may appear between on-hand photos and flat-lay images. This is normal for handcrafted press-ons, especially sheer / jelly / pearl / cat-eye finishes.

• Lighting, camera processing and screen displays can subtly shift tones.
• When worn, your natural nail bed can add a soft tint through translucent layers.

Tip: Please use our on-hand photos as the closest reference to the final look. Minor variance is not a defect and does not affect quality.

Every hand is unique — and at Artnailery, we want your nails to fit as beautifully as they look. For customers requiring XS or XL sizes, we offer a Special Order Service crafted to your needs.

Because each set is handmade in small batches, stock for XS and XL may not always be available. You have two simple options:

• Option 1 — Order Now: Complete your purchase as usual. Our team will usually reply within 1–2 business days to discuss stock availability and estimated production time.
• Option 2 — Contact Us First: Prefer to confirm before ordering? Email us at customer.services@artnailery.com and we’ll check with our studio partners for you.

Production usually takes an estimated 2–4 weeks, confirmed individually based on the design, materials and production schedule. Shipping time is additional. If the exact design cannot be reproduced, we’ll offer alternative styles that match your aesthetic — or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We currently ship Australia-wide only. Orders are dispatched locally for fast delivery.

• Free standard shipping on orders of A$79 or more after discounts
• Standard shipping: A$9.99 for orders under A$79 after discounts. Express shipping is charged separately at checkout.
• Processing: allow 1–2 business days for in-stock orders. Custom and Special Orders have separate production times.
• After dispatch: standard delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days; Express at 2–4 business days. See our shipping policy for details.

We do not offer international shipping at this stage. This service will be available in future updates.

If you change your mind or there’s an issue with your order, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
